Our C6 ZR1 Billet Water Inlets help feed cold water directly to your LS9 lid's intercooler bricks. With -12AN hose for simple and secure connections our inlets are an easy and efficient upgrade. Our newest version of our inlet set has a bore of .700 all the way through for more flow. Couple the inlets with our high-flow inlet adapters and upgraded intercooler bricks for even more cooling capacity.

ZPE (the company behind the GripTec pulley system) has their own mounting hub (the ZPE hub) that provides a standard mounting point for GripTec pulleys to a variety of supercharger systems. This hub supports:

The ZPE MKII hub is designed to allow for the smallest pulleys possible on factory GM vehicles. With an outer diameter of just 1.86 pulley sizes under 2.15 are possible. A Griptec upper pulley upgrade is a cheap and effective way to boost power.

The hub comes with a set of 10 titanium M5x.08 screws for weight savings and strength while mounting your blower pulley.

Tweak your boost levels with this GripTec upper LSA pulley upgrade for your LSA supercharger. The stock LSA blower came on 2nd gen Cadillac CTS-Vs and 5th gen Camaro ZL1s and this bolt-on upgrade allows you to change the spin-rate of the supercharger. A GripTec upper pulley upgrade is a cheap and effective way to boost power.

NOTE: This is the PULLEY ONLY. If you need a hub for this pulley use this one or select it as an add-on to this pulley.

NOTE: The 2.35 pulley requires snout modification to fit. The 2.40 pulley should fit most snout castings and the 2.45 pulley fits all stock snouts.

Patented Pulley Power

The GripTec pulleys are made from billet 7075-T6 aerospace grade aluminum which is Stronger and harder than 6061-T6. What makes these LSA pulleys really shine is the GripTec technology that's applied during the machining process.

GripTec is a micro-machining technology that allows for maximum grip force to be applied to the LSA supercharger pulley without damaging your blower belt. More importantly the GripTec technology essentially deletes belt slip on the blower allowing all of the crank's power to be transferred to your blower via the pulley.

Q: Do I need a hub?
A: Yes, you will need a ZPE hub specifically for GM/LS/LT applications.

Q: Which pulley size is right for me?
A: It depends, check out our LSA pulley guide for some guidance but talking with your tuner about your overall build is a must when doing mods like pulley changes.

Q: Do I need a tune after installing this pulley?
A: Yes. While it may work out of the box to get the most of out of the added boost you will need to get a tune done to maximize both performance and reliability.

Q: How big is the stock LSA pulley?
A: 3.0 in diameter.

Q: Will I need to modify anything on my snout for this pulley to fit?
A: Maybe. The 2.35 requires snout modifications. The 2.40 pulley may require some modification and the 2.45 pulley will fit all stock LSA snouts.

Superchargers and turbochargers build boost and with boost building and air compression comes heat. Stock cooling systems like the C6 ZR1's 1 gallon factory water/ice tank just don't cut it when it comes to effectively cooling pull after pull. When your intake air temperature (IAT) reaches 140 degrees or so your ECU starts pulling timing (power) from your setup.

Our C6 ZR1 trunk water/ice tank system was designed specifically for your C6 ZR1 and includes all parts to get from the trunk to your engine bay including the Pierburg CWA400 pump.

This trunk system features a completely unique sump setup, improving water scavenging over the traditional flat tank designs. Unlike traditional mounting methods we use a plate mounting system so there are no brackets or mounts you will have to drill.

The tank holds a kiddie-pool sized 6.5 gallons of fluid and features a -10AN drain port. The drain kit itself is sold separately.

The system comes with everything you will need to get to the engine bay from the trunk including:

  1. 1x Trunk tank (including CWA400 pump)
  2. 1x Pump pigtail
  3. 2x -16AN 90-degree Hose Ends
  4. 3x Pinch clamps (large)
  5. 2x Pinch clamps (small)
  6. 1x Billet Y block to feed the inlets and
  7. 2x 1 Vibrant silicone hose (20-foot boxes)

To complete the intercooler connection you may need our engine connection line kit.
